As a licensed 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional primary healthcare to everyone, especially those in low-income, ethnically diverse, and underrepresented populations in Sacramento. What is ECM?
The ECM Program is a Medi-Cal managed care benefit that offers complete, whole-person care management—at no cost to eligible Anthem and HealthNet members. It’s designed to help you get the care and support you need, with a focus on these key goals:
