    The Member Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, directing calls, sending reminders, rescheduling missed appointments, taking notes, using HUD, checking voice mail, checking portal, healthcare maintenance, sorting fax, rosters and keeping assigned provider’s schedule full on a timely manner. The incumbent may also be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager. 
  • Mobile Unit DriverApply Now
    The Mobile Unit Driver drives a large (45′ long) Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) in a safe, responsible manner, ensuring the MMU is set up and ready prior to team arriving. The Mobile Unit Driver will also perform such duties as: driving the mobile unit, answering phone call, checking patients in and out, confirming insurance eligibility, making sure all consent forms are signed and updated, creating patient charts, scanning/photocopying required documents, providing great customer service, and building good patient rapport. Must make patients feel welcomed and comfortable in the medical office while waiting to be seen by medical team, cash handling and basic bookkeeping of collected copays.

The main responsibility of a clinical social worker is to screen medical records, conduct interviews and assessments, set treatment goals, and arrange for expediting and coordinating services.

    The Dental Assistant II performs all duties such as: tray set-ups for patient treatment, seat and dismiss patients, take x-rays, treatment charting, chair side assisting with Dentist during patient treatments, break down operatory rooms and re-set for next patient, clean and sterilize, help with maintenance of dental equipment, and assist with explanation of treatment option and treatment coordinating with patient. The Dental Assistant II will show mastery of 4-handed dentistry and assist the Dentist with fabrication of temp crowns, sealants, RCT, preliminary impressions, lab work, and coronal polish. Work closely with Manager, Dental staff, and DDS to ensure that the office is running smoothly.     Under the general direction of the Billing Manager, the Biller is responsible for completing, correcting, and processing claims to the highest quality of data according to all regulatory standards (including HIPAA) and on a timely manner. The Biller is to fix all errors such as missing CPT, CDT and ICD-9 codes, ICD-10, HCPCS and be in compliance with FQHC Billing. The Biller may also be required to perform other clerical and billing duties as assigned by the Billing Manager.
