I have made several phone attempt to schedule my mom an appointment. Each time I call, I am waiting for over 30 minutes and each time I attempt to leave a voice mail for a call back, the voice mailbox is FULL and then the call is disconnected. This is really annoying and frustrating as I have little time to spend being on hold for over 30 minutes. I work full time and the the little time I have on my breaks is used just to be put on hold. I NEED to schedule an appointment with will only takes less than 5 minutes if ONLY someone actually answer the hold instead of placing the call on hold after the first couple of rings. This is unacceptable for a health clinic as big as HALO with thousands of employees.
