Olivia Lauw

Hello! I am deaf, so phone calls are very difficult for me.

I just switched my PCD to this clinic, and I am looking to be seen here ASAP. While I do not live in the area, I am in Rancho Cordova for at least 2 more weeks. I have a tooth that desperately needs care; a temporary filling broke and fell out in May this year. This tooth needs a crown and root canal (as well as one more), but I’m not sure if it’s viable. I have no pain, but the decay is severe (about half gone).

I am with Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, through disability. Before carrying out any procedures, I would like to ensure that my insurance will cover it, as I was told that it’s not guaranteed that they will cover my claims.

I have a question in regards to procedures, assuming that I am able to have them done. Does this clinic offer sedation for procedures like root canals and crowns? I get a rather severe anxiety with procedures (I do not receive any medication for this), and numbing shots & laughing gas do not affect me very much.

Please let me know what can be done, and of course, sooner would be excellent.

Thank you,
Olivia Lauw
