I am trying to make my initial appointment with HALO on Explorer Drive, Rancho Cordova. Unfortunately, when I call I am on hold waiting to speak to someone. The message suggests that I can leave a message/call back number. However when I do this, the inbox is full. Any suggestions?
If you are unable to assist I will contact the DHCS explaining the inability to contact you.and ask them to change my health insurance provider to someone who can help me.
